I love this place!After incurring an issue with a new pair of frames and lenses, the personal attention and care I received from Heidi Nizzola, Mann Eyes Optical Project Manager and Lead Regional Manager was exceptional.Of course I would have preferred to have never run into any issue at all, but these things happen. However the professionalism, effort, and overall customer service provided by Heidi to make me happy with my new glasses, went above and beyond what I expected and could have hoped for.There is one thing that concerns me a little bit when I go to select a new frame at Mann Eye Institute, and that is their somewhat limited inventory. The selection to choose from is not huge, so unles you find a frame that fits, is the right style, and makes you happy, it may make for a difficult choice. I hope they are able to expand their style and size availability by the time I return next time.Thanks again Heidi, keep up the good work!Mitch CRichmond, TX
