All the staff including Dr. Tan are very friendly. Dr. Tan his aides explain everything in detail. They dont try to push you into getting other procedures, just the necessary and you can opt out of those if you want. Were very happy coming to Mann Eye in Sugarland for our vision care.

Assistant tech is excellent. Explained in depth details. Doctor did answer questions but seemed pressured each time questions were asked. She seemed to be in hurry and didnt like it when I asked her questions about any details that she brought up as her advice.

The doctors and staff are professional, polite, friendly, and thorough in their testing and analysis. I never felt rushed during the appointment. The only minor issue is that a fee is charged if you use a credit card for payment.
