Last year it took 15 min to see the doctor, this year it's over an hr I thimk it's over booked.

Most everything was good except that I had to check-in on a console that was viewable by everyone in the waiting room. One of the questions asked was my social security number which I didn't want others to see as I typed it in. Mann Eye Institute needs to find a better way to check in or else not ask for personal information on a publicly viewable console.

Met with the guy who will operate on my cataracts over the next two weeks and was most impressed with his manner and communication. The support staff were pleasant and efficient. The business conveys confidence in everything they have done so far. I'm relaxed about the whole procedure.
