People were great and the facility sparkled.Wait seemed longer than appropriate. To schedule a follow up procedure I was told I could either wait for the scheduler or she would call me. Since I'd already been there for 90+ minutes I asked for a call. The call never came.

Overall I thought the clinic was very very nice. I loved the doctor, he was very kind and considerate and took the time needed to thoroughly check my eyes and make sure I was satisfied. So the doctor gets a 5+ Stars. However upon arrival the receptionist who was very nice and kind had me under the wrong ins plan. It took quite a while and the assistance of another clerk to finally use my plan card and get me to the correct plan. The tech who waited on me was very professional and knew what she was doing. Although she was very accurate and professional she had no bedside manner. She very direct in her questioning and had no time to make friendly conversation. But I was pleased that she knew her job and did it well. I will return to this location in the future.

I've been going to Dr. Baumohl for about 4 years now. He's one of the best eye doctors I've been to.
