I was told my insurance covered frames up to $150. Then I was immediately taken to frames that started at $159. When I did not like any of them the salesperson came back with a $139 pair. I dont think you should automatically assume someone can just spend what you want them to. Show people what their insurance covers and start there. As a consumer that doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. It seems like you only value the sales.

Staff was friendly. There was about a 15 minute wait from when my appointment was scheduled until when I was seen, but once I was taken back it went quickly.
