I had a wonderful experience having my annual exam. From the doctor to the assistants, I was treated professionally. I have been with Mann for close to 15 yrs when I had my lasik done and Ive always had good experiences. My only complaint is the location. The traffic is a nightmare on 518 (Broadway). When the office was on Bay Area Blvd it was so much smoother to drive there and park. If I get the wish bone off the turkey on Thanksgiving, Im going to wish that the clinic moves back to Friendswood!

The overall experience was nice. The environment is welcoming and quiet. It appears theyve scheduled patients appropriately due to COVID19. The attention to insurance was clear. They have a deal on lens if you catch it before the end of the year. Pretty awesome deal!Ms. Chase (primarily works out of Tomball but came to Pearland to cover for other staff) is awesome. She is very passionate about her job and is willing to help her fellow coworkers when needed. Dr. Tai was great at listening and is patient when I did not know when 1 or 2 looked better. Smile.All in all, the experience was great, the doctor and technician were great, and Ms. Chase topped it off with a nice deal in coordination with my frames. It looks like Ill be leaving with prescribed lens/ sunglasses as well. Check them out!
