I had an eye exam because Im diabetic, after my exam, I wanted to order progressive glasses.and Aaliyah Jones went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely pleased . We tried on about 8/9 glasses and we always seemed to agree on if they fit me or not! Finally I made the selection that we both agreed upon! Shes an amazing asset to your company!! I have to also commend Carmen Mosqueda she made sure I fully understood everything that she was doing. Your staff in Pearland is truly amazing, very professional and friendly, they made me feel right at home! I will never go anywhere else, matter of fact I will be dropping by just to say hello to this amazing staff!! Thanks Sincerely Jimmy Hadley, Ive attached a picture of my new glasses which I love

My wife and I had an enjoyable experience at The Mann Eye Institutes. Aaliyah the employee who handles measuring and searching for frames is the friendliest most knowledgeable person at what she does. Mann Eye of Pearland gets a lot right from a customer service perspective. Carmen provided a comprehensive exam and was proactive and efficient in her care. Aaliyah worked with me on a glasses refit after I experienced some issues. The communication to resolve this issue was top notch and I knew what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend working with this team.
