The Cleveland location is a clean, friendly and well managed site. The Staff was incredibly helpful with finding durable glasses for my 6 year old. Please make sure you get the warranty! It pays for itself especially with children under 10. We got our first pair in April/May and already had to use the warranty for a full replacement. Such a great investment and worth every penny.
