Since I took the chance to try this location I have been nothing but impressed with the professionalism of the staff and doctors and the hastle free expertise of the technician doing repairs. Somehow I broke a pair of unbreakable glasses, yet without hesitation, they swapped my lenses into a doner pair of frames and ordered my replacement frames. Broken underwire...15 minutes on an emergency pop in. Rarely do I ever give a review of establishments, but after all my glasses woes I still walk into and out of this location feeling like I matter to them as a customer. It is sometimes cold in the waiting area so bring a sweater if you are cold natured.

I have been going to Mann eye in Cleveland for years. It is the only place I go whether its a routine visit For my glasses or contacts or an medical issue with my eyes. They treat you like you are a member of their family and they always have a smile on there face.

Been a happy patient for eleven years now. My wife and I always go together. Never a wait. Always professional and courteous. Helpful information about changes like cataracts, over the years.
