    Exceptional experience with this company. From initial request for a free solar estimate, through the consultation process, to installation I have been thoroughly impressed with Maine Solar Solutions. Everyone I interacted with was professional and kind. I started this process with very little knowledge about how residential solar worked. The initial consultation with Stefan was extremely informative. He walked me through everything I needed to know and answered any questions I had. After some back and forth dialing in what fit my needs, we went under contract. Maureen was fantastic at arranging all of the necessary paperwork and permits needed for the installation. Assistance with the CMP applications was certainly appreciated. Her communication was top notch. I never felt left in the dark wondering "what's next". On installation day, Ian was on time, polite and professional. He walked around the house with me making sure everything they were going to do that day was agreeable. He and his crew did a great job. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and wouldn't hesitate to hire MSS again when I'm ready to expand my system for an EV.

    We hired Maine Solar Solutions to service our system about 2 years ago. We have never regretted it. We have a great relationship with our technician, Phillip. We have never been disappointed with the quality of service or advice. We are 100% off-grid and that comes with a whole set of different challenges. Phillip has always given us a fair assessment of what needed to be done to operate at peak performance. This is the company you want to care for your solar system.

    After doing some research on solar and solar companies, Maine Solar Solutions seemed to be the best fit for our needs. After the first conversation with Maureen, I knew we were with the right company. We knew nothing about solar, when we started out on this thought. We were patiently educated about what we were about to achieve. We could not be happier , with Maine Solar solutions and our panels. The day of the install they arrived when they said they would. I was so impressed with them all, they all had a job ,they knew their jobs, and worked together like a fine tuned clock. I was so inspired by this, in today's time. They were very personable and when they left, you would have never known they were here. Even moping up after, due to the rain. Maine Solar Solutions handled all the paperwork , permits, & answered all questions, they made this an extremely enjoyable experience. And in case your wondering, the cmp connect to stay in the grid...is. $14.20 a month. Best thing we ever did.....thank you Maine Solar Solutions.
