From the first phone call to instalation, every employee were professional and answered all our questions and listened to our current and future needs. Great customer service from start to finish! We contacted Maine Solar Solutions and they promptly met with us, reviewed our needs for solar energy, provided us a plan to move forward, took measurements, quoted us a fair and reasonable price, provided financing options and installed our solar system. Excellent experience. From the no pressure phone call to discuss, to the site visit and quote preparation, MSS was timely, efficient, and easy to work with. Installation came sooner than quoted, which is always good! Work was done on time and on budget. Looking forward to using less electric from the utilities company!

Very responsive, attentive to details, clear presentation of options, responsive to support questions of either a general or technical nature, installer crews genial, good clean-up after the work, good follow-up with install details. We came away feeling we can depend on them.
