I was impressed with Dr. Hackett. He referred me to ER to have CT scans. I had a CT, a CT with dye and a MRI. The ER doctor, Dr. Roque, said that the write up Dr. Hackett sent over was gold not to lose it. I have a follow up with Dr. Hackett in a week.I did not have a stroke or TIA.

Great experience. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes before I was taken to be tested. The technician doing my test was very good, professional and kind. Dr Hackett was very good at explaining my options, felt very comfortable with my decision. Looking forward to having the surgery and getting back to clearer vision. Liz, the surgical coordinator was awesome too, very accommodating with post op appointments and explaining the financials.

I highly recommend Dr. Bernard and his team for their exceptional care and professionalism. Dr. Bernard assured me that they could effectively address my vision issues, and he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions regarding the corrective procedures available. Samantha was attentive and detailed in her explanations of the processes involved, while Andrea efficiently handled the scheduling and cost discussions, accommodating my busy timetable. The teams genuine concern for their clients is evident, making one feel valued and at ease throughout the experience. I am grateful for the prompt scheduling and the outstanding professionalism displayed, which certainly deserves a five-star rating.
