Well resourced, using state of the art technology with incredible doctors. Their doctors are not only specialists they get down to specializing very specific details. I am seeing (2) doctors; one for Diabetic retinopathy and for cataracts. They have found a very efficient way to run their clinics while still providing thorough testing and diagnosis of patients. I feel confident they wont miss anything!
