Compared to Elmhurst location 150% better - from the moment I walked I felt they cared and kept me in the loop as to how long the wait may be at each interval of the visit - I have been with the Kovich institute for over 30 years and was thinking of changing due to the Elmhurst location which is much closer for me but being treated like a human who has work appointment during our busy day as they do is worth the drive
