I had an emergency situation and was able to be seen quickly and with great care in their Naperville location. Dr. Shaw was able to assess my situation and explain it to me in a way that it was easily understood and relatable. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. I have been there in prior years and will continue to seek their care in the future ~ hopefully NOT in an emergency situation but for repeated care as my eyes age.
