Very friendly and nice staff. Wait time wasn't too bad. Dr. Mateen is quiet and nice.The only thing I was not coming with was staff not wearing masks. I would think if you're face to face with a patient and in a small room, both patient and staff should be masked. I guess eye doctors are not considered health care? The doctor was masked. When I requested for a staff member to wear a mask for me, they did without being judgemental. Hopefully Dr. Mateen can help me.

It was nice to have some help in the Kovach Eye Institute In Naperville office! They made me feel comfortable and welcome for the treatment of my glaucoma and also cataract. I hope they will continue to serve patients like me who really need a great deal of help with their problems! Thanks So much!
