Dr Gradianu is great. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain. Seems they overbook sometimes and the 30 minute appointment turns into 2 hour appointment.

My visit was positive. There was a mix-up about my reporting noticeable bilateral eye pain which the doctor misunderstood because my eye exam showed minimal abnormality. At checkout the reported problems were properly addressed by the checkout staff. I was given the proper medication at no cost. Kudos to the very alert checkout staff lady who made sure the problem was addressed before I was discharged. Thank you Kovach for employing alert and caring staff who recognizes a potential problem and makes sure that the patient/client is treated safely and properly.

Excellent doctors, I have been treated by three of them and they are very professional. People complain about the wait, but I am used to it taking a little bit longer than your regular doctor visit. The staff is wonderful as well! Plan to be here between 60-90 minutes!!!
