I have always loved the care and service for the most part that I incurred at an appointment at Heaton's the tech did not rush thru the vision/ letter testing. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable with the response I gave as to not feeling rushed and I believe she kept in mind my limitations due to my existinging condition of Multiple sclerosis. Dr. Guenther was awesome and very patient while informing me of every step she was taking to review my current vision issues. Along with, answering any questions I had and doing a comparison of my previous visit that gave me a better understanding of the possible increase of symptoms that may be occurring due to my pre-existing condition. Due to Covid-19 and the protection of myself, other patients and the staff, the woman at the doors was very pleasant and efficient. I was not at all pleased with the front desk representative who was responsible for checking me in. Other's might use the term. "Customer service" I as a healthcare provider and being in different positions trained and utilizing good customer service. I for myself use "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" so that to me gives a little leeway to the fact we are all human and fail sometimes. I suggest to that young lady. It might help you in your spare time to assess each person you are dealing with and adjust yourself accordingly because: YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT ANOTHER PERSON IS OR HAVE GONE THROUGH! My thanks for the decision of Dr. Guenther to help monitor my very scary situation that helps me feel I am not in this alone!!!
