Good personal interface, always telling you what is next and doing everything to make your visit sanitary on all the instruments and what is going on. The facility is so clean and comfortable. The staff is awesome.

What a great experience to finally find an eye doctor who offers needed information, answers my questions, and actually seemed to care about finding solutions to my eye problems. Only one day after my visit and my dry eyes have no more pain and I'm using fewer drops. I highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates.
