I have been very impressed with the care and consideration I have received at the Cape Coral Office. I found the entire CC staff to be caring and competent.Dr Coylie is the Optometrist I have seen and she has been wonderful. She and her staff have treated me like a human being by showing me care, consideration and respect from my first post op visit to a week ago for my one month visit.Dr Coylie even re-cehecked my new prescription for a second time prior to having it sent out for the lenses to be made, although I had a thorough eye exam during this last post op recheck. I do intend to remain with this office for my eye exams and I highly recommend them as a practice from my experience!Dr Coylie has tried to make me more comfortable with my new vision I am hoping for further improvements as time goes by.After a month I really needed to change my glasses (only my left eye was done) Dr Coylie even re-cehecked my vision for the new script prior to having it sent out although I had a thorough exam during the recheck visit.The Cape Coral Optician whose name is Brian helped me get my 2 pairs of old frames revamped with the new script, plus I did purchase 1 pair of brand new frames. He was wonderful.Brian made it a fun experience looking for new glasses!To top off the great experience I was told it would be 2 weeks for my 3 pairs to come in to their office THEY WERE ALL ready in a week!!!! AND ARE ALL PERFECT! I could not be happier or have ask for more!!!!.Unfortunately (for me) I had my cataract corrective surgery plus a pan-optic lens done at the Ft Myers office by Dr Frantz.This is a decision I do regret.My personal experience with the actual surgical procedure, with the on site Ft Myers tech staff and the surgical staff was not a positive one.I have had 2 follow up calls with internal FT Myers and surgical staff yes they seem to be a bit more concerned about my treatment, or the lack of good caring treatment. I believe in those calls they tried to address my issues but now it is after the fact.In the future I will be expressing those experiences in another review.

Place is amazing the staff was awesome I recommend everybody to go there if you want your eyes checked the right way

Amber was very friendly and informative when a question was asked and very helpful when picking out the glasses that fit my face I hope she will be at this Frantz Eye Care when I go back again.

My husband woke up in the morning with an eye infection. The staff was very accommodating. Dr Johnson explained everything.
