Right from the beginning I was welcomed by the staff. All the consultation test were performed by skilled technicians. Once the tests were completed, the staff explained all the options for me. No pressure. When it came time to schedule my surgery, I was informed about the possibility of having the surgery earlier if a cancellation became available and that same day a cancellation was available which helped me to complete the surgery earlier and to go on with a previous schedule. Many thanks to all.
