Wait time was 45 minutes to get taken back in the room with no explanation from the front desk staff. On good side the staff in the back were very personable and professional. The doctor was outstanding and took time to explain procedure and tests and all results. Overall an 8 of of 10 experience.

My mom wore glasses all her life. Now she has better then 20/20 vision after Laser surgery. Staff was friendly and professional. But as a person that has trouble walking. She found the seating during examinations hard to get up and down from. All the exams are in different rooms so she had to do a lot of walking. And getting up and down each testing chair. Also the ramp getting into the office on Michigan St is a bit long. And you have to use if you are using a walker or wheel chair.
