I went as a new patient for an exam and prescription for new glasses. The process was quite smooth but the wait to discuss insurance, payment and choose the lenses was almost 45 minutes.There was only one lady working that role so I understand it wasnt her fault. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but she definitely needs an assistant or co-worker to speed up the process.Dr. Singh is very pleasant. He took his time during my exam and was very informative while answering my questions.

I was very pleased with the doctor and the staff. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. Unfortunately, I havent gotten information about newly prescribed medication after calling the pharmacy and Florida Eye Clinic.
