    Dr. Echardt is an excellent, caring physician. Considering the COVID restrictions, the check in process went smoothly. I did have a wait for service with the optical department, but when I got to see an optometrist, the purchase went smoothly. I did not have a long wait when picking up the glasses. I do need some adjustments and hope that I do not have to wait long to see an optometrist and that these adjustments can easily be made.
