    They are usually on time. If not its because an unforseen emergency has arisen. Even then someone else will take over or need be reschedule. Which has never happened to me yet. They are friendly an knowledgeable. I know thie is long but it bares reding. Ive seen Dr. Is grip who always makes me feel at ease day after surgery. Dr Kirk did my very first surgery while was repair hole in my reintna I was scare to death he talked me down and awsered about thousand questions. Then comes Dr. Wagle. Carring compassionate an the ONLY Dr. I know of that calls you later that night an checks on you.not a text or robo call. An actually phone call where you can talk. All in all the whole group of people there are fantastic that includes nurses receptionist they are all so patient an accommodating. I love it dont even mind going

    Had an unexpected eye issue after regular hours. They suggested I come in quickly and Dr Heden (the on call Dr) was wonderful during the exam, answered questions and explained my issue; both during the visit and later when I called with a question. I felt the care I received was top notch.
