They schedule me a appointment without talking to me. Tried calling multiple times and all I get is a call center. No way to talk to a person that works there. Very impersonal and cold. Not into games passing messages back in forth. Customers must not be that important

Ive been going here for a few years now and I love it! Dr Grohol is so nice and he listens to you. All of the staff are so friendly also. Checking in is so easy and I like using the patient portal as well. Highly recommend!
