The staff was friendly and Dr. Grohol was professional, kind, friendly and understanding. He listens completely and intently. He showed genuine interest and a want to help resolve my medical needs.

Fast and friendly service. Only downside is long walk from check in to the rooms in the back and back out to the front to check out. Tough for older/ disabled people. Overall, place was nice, clean , and again, staff is very nice.

Dr. Grohol and the staff is always thorough and professional. He takes time to listen to my problems concerning my eye issues. He always explains what he is doing and answers all my questions.i have always been very satisfied with the care I receive at Eye Care Specialist.

Ive been going here since I first needed glasses and ive never had a bad thing to say about it, everyone is super sweet and funny and the Dr is just as the rest extremely funny and sweet, theyre very caring people and everything is always fast and easy, i just had an appointment and i was there for an hour and did have a bit of wait time for the dr but its understandable bc there were many patients as well
