Dr. DeMichele was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. She explained everything thoroughly in laymans terms. It was probably the best most comprehensive eye exam I have every experienced. The office/ receptionist areas were clean. All ancillary staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent as well.

Dr. Demichele is friendly, competent, and professional! She is happy to explain things throughout the exam. I ordered a new pair of glasses this year and that was quick and easy, too!

Very friendly staff. Ive been coming here since they first opened the Dallas location when I was 12-13 and have never once had a negative experience.
