The doctors at the Dallas location are perhaps some of the best. I have had many situations of when I consider a semi emergency. They always help me. Ive also had some billing concerns and the doctors have been over the top great about helping in anyway they can. Im not thrilled that this practice sold out to a large conglomeration, I dont care for their billing practices, but as far as the care of the doctors, go, I would not go anywhere else.

I have been a patient here since I first needed glasses, around 7 years ago, and I have never considered changing eye doctors. Every staff member working here, both Eye Care Specialist and Northeastern Eye Institute, are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful.

The staff and doctors are wonderful. I always feel that I have had a thorough checkup. My husband and I know that in case of a problem, the doctor will be available and focused on our needs
