I took my mother-in-law to this office today to see Dr. Johnstown and his team and when we were called back to go to our room we went back there and the girl that took us back was good and the other one that came in after her was good as well. After we set there for about 20 mins or so another girl came in and took us to the testing room and when we went back there she was having a little trouble getting the pictures that she needed but my mother-in-law cant keep her head straight thats just how she sits shes been like that for a long time now. Dr. Johnstown and his scheduler was very nice and very helpful. I noticed a few of the other girls were standing around gossiping about people and maybe co-workers too but they seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when you spoke to them or when they were trying to do their job. When your in a job that deals with the public your going to experience situations like this and you need to handle it better than what they did so to me I wasnt very happy with some of the workers there. Need to fix or get rid of a few so you dont have more complaints at that officejust sayin

Doctor was friendly but I didnt get the contacts I wanted. He said it would cost more so I went with the ones they suggested. I didnt like the contacts, went back a couple weeks later to ask if I could go back to my old contacts. They said it would be too expensive. A year later, I get a bill for $75.00. This is after using vision insurance for a simple contact lense exam. This does not even include the price of contacts which I ended up using an old prescription and order from Walmart!

Dr. Billingsley is a really good eye doctor, never had any issue with her. After an eye exam I opted to buy glasses from the front. After paying for them, they later call me saying they wanted more money because they messed up. When I did home improvement work, if we under billed a customer. We ate the difference for our mistake. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is friendly. After lasik I was 20/40. My left eye I do not feel is healing properly. (one week later) The recovery time for everyone varies. They claim you can return to work the following Monday...Sadly I now have extreme sensitivity to light which makes it impossible to view a computer monitor. At this point I deeply regret lasik eye surgery.
