This is a great example of why optometrists get a bad rap. I rarely do web reviews but this is worthy of it dont visit these cats for any reason. The front desk is rude, their policies are outdated and totally unhelpful.We were traveling and I needed a contacts prescription to be sent to a local Walmart so I could get it filled. They wouldnt do it saying I had to come back in and be seen Im out of state on vacation and cant get to your office so you can charge me for an absolutely unnecessary fitting.Experiences like this are why most optometrists services could and should be replaced by a simple machine at an in-store kiosk or an app.

Amazing care by the doctors and all staff. Everyone was very concerned and caring with me each and every visit. Definitely recommend lasik surgery with this office. I'm very glad i chose to get my lasik surgery done by them. I always know i can count on the doctors or staff for any questions i have in the future! I would do the process ten times over if i had too! Very happy with my out come!

I saw Dr. Chris Taylor for about 12 years. I like Dr. Taylor, but I'm looking for a new doctor because I don't like the way their office is run. Specifically, their appointment and billing offices don't seem to be very good. My main complaint is that they won't check to see if you're due for your exam when you call for an appointment. They don't check when you arrive for the appointment either. I thought I was due, but I unwittingly went in two weeks before my one year anniversary of my last visit, and my insurance wouldn't pay. When I complained, they said it's up to the patient to make sure you're due for the exam -- they just make the appointment when you ask. I've never had another doctor who didn't check the date of your last visit and make sure your insurance will cover it when making an appointment.

Front desk is rude and not helpful at all. I called multiple times trying to give my business to eye care optical because it is convenient to my house, and she made it difficult to make an appointment, talked down to me, and was not helpful when trying to get my prescription. Really bad service.
