    I saw Dr. McMillan at the sevierville office and was mostly impressed except with the wait time. My appointment was at 3:50 for a routine eye exam and I was almost immediately taken to the back and started on my exam but I didnt see him until after 5 pm! Besides that, good experience and I really like the optomap exam over the eye dilation. Its so much easier!Update: I also ordered my new glasses through their optical store. I unfortunately did not realize until I got home that one of my lenses is damaged! The right lens has two chips on it.. I sat down to read and thought I got some dust on it and went to clean them and its damage! All Ive done was take them out of the case in the shop and then once at home and put them on my face to read. Also a very bad glare on my lenses. Now Im a little frustrated. Ive worn glasses for almost 20 years and never have I ever gotten a pair of lenses with damage on them.

    The woman who handles scheduling is perhaps one of the rudest people Ive ever talked to. I was on the fence about finding another optometrist but this confirms that Im better off somewhere else. Your employees who answer the phones and deal with the public are your most important assets. Theyre the first contact many patients have. Id be ashamed to have this type of customer service at my business.

    I was very skeptical of having this surgery. I met with Rebekah and she went through everything in full detail with me.... She answered all of my questions and told me what to expect, price, and the next steps. I didnt feel pressured and I felt very well educated on the procedure when I left the consultation. My wife was also present and she felt as though we were more than just a paying customer. We felt good about it. We then went for a pre-op appointment with Dr. Campbell! He is amazing! Very smart and answered all questions I had. I felt very confident to let him do my surgery. I had the surgery yesterday! So far so good! I had zero complications with anything abnormal but a little bit of halos around lights (which he told me would be normal and will go away on its own). I have no complaints or problems. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Im so happy I chose to let him do the surgery! Im so pleased. This is literally a life changing decision.
