Pre screen staff was okay - not horrible, not the greatest. However, hats off to Dr. Kimura. He took a stressful situation and made it a lot better. I guess there is a reason why so many eye doctors in Denver recommend him as one of the best in Denver.Pro Tip: Get an appointment right when they first open or right after lunch to be in and out in under an hour or so.
