    The address is next to impossible to find. I was a delivery driver for years and know my directions, but the St. Anthony campus is a paradox! CO. Retina sends out pre-registration forms. WHY NOT A GOOD MAP?! Once there, everything went smoothly. Dr. Jack was terrific.

    Colorado Retina Associates is a multi-specialist, sub-specialty practice providing medical and surgical care of vitreoretinal eye disease. We provide comprehensive treatment for age-related macular degeneration (AMD), diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular disease, retinal detachments, ocular tumors, uveitis, inherited retinal degenerations, and numerous other retinal conditions. Our group of specialists have trained at internationally-renowned fellowship programs and continue to engage in academia, advocacy, volunteering, and education both nationally and abroad.
