My experiences with the receptionist downstairs and upstairs has ALWAYS been professional, courteous, friendly and welcoming....my experience with Dr. Weingeist has been exceptional...he takes great effort and patience in instructing and explaining all concerns of the eye ..AND LISTENS TO AND RESPONDS TO QUESTIONS...there is sometimes a bit of a wait.....BUT i have been taken in on two emergeny visits and that does interfere with the normal scheduling .....so waiting is not a problem for me and it has never been inconvenient...i referred two friends last year and just now referref two families and know they will get the best treatment

Ymy only. Problem is the wait time in the exam room, would be nicer to sit in , lobby. Longer, really like the entire staff!

Dr. Weingeist has been very helpful, explaining each step of the way. The procedure was carried out well, and all of the personnel were friendly, explained what they were doing, and made me very comfortable throughout the whole procedure.
