I read a lot of negative reviews about this place specifically naming Dr. Mulligan. I had my suspicions that, based on the details of the reviews, people were either miscommunicating or mistaking straightforward speech for unfriendliness. I scheduled an appointment anyway and was assigned to Dr. Mulligan. I was right. Dr. Mulligan was very quiet and straightforward (while reading the chart and running tests) and then very friendly and open and talkative after the appointment was complete. I had no complaints. Everything went great, communication was excellent, all of my questions were answered, and the entire staff - from the front desk to the technicians to the doctor himself - were incredibly welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place.

I've been going to Dr. Weingeist for years for my (complicated) Rx and exams. Lovely office, staff is great and there are so many people who have been there for years and years, which is great evidence that they're a nice place to work. Shout out to the contact specialist, Michelle as well! Not worth a star deletion, but I do wish they accepted CareCredit for things besides LASIK, that would have been helpful. Still, out of pocket cost for an exam with an opthalmologist is the same as having an optometrist appt anywhere else, and for anyone who has Rx on the far ends or complicated eye issues, I would 100% recommend them.

My appointment started on time, and all of the staff did their part well and professionally.
