This was my first visit. There were two receptionists at the front desk. One was extremely nice, and the other not so much. She was very rude to the customers and acted as if she disliked her job very much. Thankfully I was not checked in by her. I was called back very quickly., There seemed to be an issue with the computer system where I completed my paperwork online. The tech was unable to pull it up due to some glitch. Thankfully I had brought the hard copy that I had completed as well and she was able to use it. I was moved to a second waiting room where I had to wait maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Leonard's tech, Brent, was extremely nice and courteous. He even showed me his valentine's socks. Dr. Leonard was also very nice. He very quickly moved into action to complete an unexpected biopsy on my lower eye lid. It was not the most pleasant of experiences, but he made it as painless and quick as possible. He was very good at explaining what he was doing. He also allowed my fiance to come in while he was completing the procedure. Over all, considering the circumstances, it was a good visit. I just hope I don't get the rude receptionist next time.

Dr. Pecen is very efficient and professional. Would have liked a few more scenarios into my problem, or a longer conversation.
