Very polite and thorough! Just need to put a sign up in the entrance thats washed out, so most patients dont waste their time trying to get through there and cant. A red box doesnt really help.

My Retnia was torn. I had been to a hospital facility and they decided not to close the tear. Having my other eye repaired less than 2 years ago, I knew to seek additional care. I was fit into the schedule. Dr Pecen, being aware of the need for expediency, conducted an exam. Immediately after, authorization was obtained from insurance and the laser repair was done.So far, so good. Their care is appreciated.
