Dr. Chan performed my procedure and did everything to prepare me for it. She thoroughly assessed me and recommended the technique with the best outcome. Highly recommended.
I have been seeing Dr. Cottle for over five years and would not see anyone else with my eye issue. Approximately five years ago, I suffered with shingles on my face, head and in right eye. With Dr. Cottle's amazing care, I did not lose my eyesight. I still suffer from flare-ups and when I do, the staff always work me in to their busy schedule so I can be seen by Dr. Cottle. I am eternally grateful to them for their concern, professionalism and expert care so I don't lose my eyesight. They are always there for me and have become like family.Not only is Dr. Cottle wonderful but the staff is as well. The receptionist, Joy, will always greet you with a warm welcome and make you feel right at home. I would highly recommend Dr. Cottle to anyone who needs ocular care no matter what the issue may be.
Dr. Cottle and her staff are always nothing short of courteous, attentive, and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I was referred to Dr. Cottle by my regular ophthalmologist for a corneal transplant and one month post op, all is well. Dr. Cottle made the experience a pleasant one.
What a breath of fresh air this office is!! They greet you when you walk in and have a smile on their face whether it is your first visit or fifth. Everyone of the office staff is courteous, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Cottle is one of the most caring physicians I have seen and answers any questions you may have and puts you totally at ease at the office and surgery suite alike without making it feel like you are being "rushed".
