I was able to get an appointment fast; it was quick and painless. I only wish they had a larger selection of frames but fortunately they helped me find a cute pair! It took about a week to get them back. No complaints from me.
Ive been going here for a long time since I was a child and I love it! Dr. Dustman is the best and Ive been going to her for years!
The office staff is super nice, overboard accommodating and they are keeping the waiting room sanitized- best Ive seen yet!Dr. Wilkinson is very thorough, really helped me get through my issues and actually listened to what I had to say (rate these days!!)I highly recommend anyone needing an ophthalmologist to make an appointment with this office!!
For many years, I only had a relationship with one of those cheap eyeglass places. I know, I know... In March I needed an emergency appointment for an issue that such a place is not equipped to handle. So I did some research, made some calls, and decided on Wilkinson. I was directed to the office in St. Joe's. Not only did they see me the same day, the staff was kind and understanding, and put me at ease as they went about determining what was going on with my eye. The doctors were also very kind, and after an exam and some testing I was diagnosed, my questions were answered, my fears put to rest. I was due to renew my contacts, and needed new glasses, and I decided to stay with Wilkinson for all of my eye care. For this I was directed to the office in Clarkston, and the team here is equally kind and caring. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and took the time to do more than the standard vision tests. They also worked with me and tried several types of contact lenses to find the ones that work best for me, before ordering. Now I am outfitted with contacts that not only allow me to see both near and far, they accommodate my astigmatism! The staff helped me pick out new glasses, and made sure they fit properly when I picked them up. I couldn't be happier. They take temperature at the door, confirm patients haven't been experiencing symptoms of COVID, require masks and enforce physical distancing. I will never set foot in those cheap eyeglass places again. I highly recommend the team at Wilkinson for the best eye care in the area.
