I love this place. So much better than other eye care offices I've visited in Milwaukee/Lake Country. I see Dr Heilman in Brookfield - couldn't be happier. All staff are extremely warm and friendly. Office is clean and efficient. Optics department (where you pick your frames) is excellent and helped fix some issues with my frames in just a few minutes. They use technology in a helpful way for appointment reminders, confirmations, etc.

I just moved to the area from NJ, so I was hesitant to find a specialist. But I must say that my experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. I immediately felt welcome when I entered the door. The young lady behind the desk was friendly and patient. The staff member that checked my eyes prior to being seen by the doctor was very pleasant. She made me extremely comfortable. I was sort of nervous to meet the doctor because my last doc was impatient among other things. However, Dr. Heilmann was awesome! I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it!
