This is a busy office and I can see why! They are very efficient, well organized, and kind. Lots of follow ups after surgery and someone is always available if you have questions or a problem.

Unexplained 35 minute wait tainted the overall experience. Why not advise patients when staff knows there will be a delay in seeing doctor?

Excellent all the way round. From my exam with Dr. Frame to getting new specs with James. So nice to feel like a valued person.
