Milwaukee Eye Care is AMAZING! I had a significant vision impairment that I had been neglecting. I finally bit the bullet and went in to be seen. In the course of the last 7 weeks they have diagnosed, sent me for rapid specialist f/u, treated me surgically, and provided excellent communication and patient care.As someone who works in healthcare, I uniquely appreciate how exceptional Milwaukee Eye Cares practice is. I never felt rushed, was always given so much time with the techs and physicians treating me. I didnt feel like just another patient, I felt seen and that the entire team was totatlly vested in the most postive outcome. I never felt chastised or judged for delaying what turned out to be a pretty serious eye condition. That speaks volumes about MKE Eye Care.Dr. Hetzer saw me intially and was so personable and informative of next steps. Dr. Edmonds was my surgeon and did a fantastic job, plus called me same day of surgery to check in to see how I was doing.Dr. Weis did my one day post surgical f/u and I was blown away by his exceptional patient care.
