This was the first time Ive had to wait a very long time. But the staff and Doctors were very friendly and nice. The 4 stars was because of the extra long wait. Otherwise its a 5.

Office should have forewarned that there would be a book of personal information they need from. Maybe they could email forms in advance. Or suggest you come to your appointment earlier.Patients should be provided back up documentation of services rendered.

The staff in the back was very friendly and warm and the clinic is very nice and clean. My first interaction with the office was with the front desk representative, Gigi. She was fine at first, but then gave me very inaccurate information about my insurance, even though it is active and I had provided all the details for verification. She told me that without my physical insurance card, I would be billed as a self-pay patient. After I clarified the situation, her attitude noticeably changed and became condescending and rude.
