The entire staff was very personable, as well of professional! They took their time, didnt rush and answered any concerns we had! Dr. Bolton has such a sit, sweet voice. She was very thorough!When we went to pick out frames, they were great and very personable! They were patience with both my husband and I trying on several pair for glasses sunglasses. They were fun to talk too! We both enjoyed our experience on a scale of 1-10way above 10!Thank you!Everett Sue Ann Dixon

Excellent experience! Switched from another eye place after years of struggling with glasses that just didnt work. My new glasses are perfect! Eye exam was good - but the service in the optical shop was outstanding! Back today to buy 2 more pairs!

The atmosphere is calm and welcomed, the front desk clerk and all other staff workers was very professional and friendly. The building is always spotless clean. The nurse that attended to me was kind and professional. My doctor is Crissie Bolton, she is professional, patience, kind and have compassionate for her patients. She always greet with a smile, she listens to what you has to say, she answer questions and concerns on a professional level. I trust her totally with my eyes and Im beyond proud to have her as my doctor. I went to the glasses center to pick up my prescription, the ladies there was also friendly and professional. Im 100 percent willing to refer a family member or friends to West Georgia Eye Care Center.

Viola did a wonderful job in setting up my hearing aids for me and explaining the three different channels forme. She also adjusted the column for me when using the Norman setting. She was very professional and quite knowledgeable in her field.
