Everyone on the staff was really nice. From the front desk to the eyewear shop, EVERYONE took the time to engage in a conversation by explaining (in details) what they were doing/were about to do/what I will be seeing or feeling/etc.Great customer service atmosphere. I highly recomend it.

I was seen promptly, hardly any waiting at all, moved right along through every step of my exam. Doctor Brooks also saw me right away and explained everything thoroughly. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. It is a pleasure to go into an environment where everyone seems to enjoy their work.

Im in the process of having cataracts done and the results are nothing less than amazing. Dr Brooks is amazing but the staff is even better if thats possible, especially at the surgery center. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Prior to the procedure they make me feel so comfortable and relaxed. During the procedure Dr Brooks talks me through the procedure totally telling me whats happening all through it. The final results were nothing less than amazing. I highly recommend them.
