Overall, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the technicians to Dr Brooks everyone is very friendly and professional. That said, the young lady at the checkout desk was slightly less friendly today and had a bit of an attitude. This is the very first time this has happened. Otherwise an overall positive experience.
