Today I went to West Ga Eye care and was so pleased with my customer service. Although I couldnt be seen, Kaylee and Kaitlin went over and beyond to assist me with my VA referral. They both gave me information and options to ensure I wouldnt come out of pocket and to set me up for a future appointment. Every question I asked was answered in a polite manner. They both displayed a great amount of love and kindness today. I genuinely appreciate that.

The ladies at check in have always been courteous. Dr. Sterling Cannon and his team are Awesome! Dr. Cannon is so kind and funny, easing away any anxiety I may have, while addressing my questions/concerns, and his team is also kind.
