    I just completed evaluation for cataract surgery with various personnel of WGECC and Dr. Kao. Everything was very professional and informative. Dr. Kao explained everything thoroughly and explained my options. Costs of various procedures were laid out and I understood the positives and negatives of each lens option. Prior to being evaluated, I watched the 5 videos which they sent me. Additionally, I watched videos on YouTube reviewing and comparing their lenses. So, I, at least, had some understanding of the options I was going to be presented. I've been dealing with West Georgia eye care for 20 years. My wife had cataract surgery there several years ago. I've only had good experiences.

    Staff was very professional and friendly. The person (I forgot his name) that took care of me before I saw the doctor made me feel comfortable and answered my questions.Dr. Hensley is a jewel. Even though that was my first visit with him; I felt I had known him a long time. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.The office environment is very clean and safe.
