spent very little time waiting, the Male assistant was personable,professional, helpful and clear. Loved the Dr.. He toowas personable, clear in his information, encouraged relaxing and answered my questions. The experience was very satisfying.

The people there were really great. However, when I got there, I was told that the appointment had been canceled (this would have been the second time that it had been canceled and we had driven for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there). I was also told that someone had tried to call me and I had not received any kind of phone call or gotten any kind of message. I did get to see the doctor. The doctor was very knowledgeable and nice, but it seems to me like what he told me could have been done over the phone instead of us driving all that way to be told that there was nothing that he could do for me.

This was my first time to be seen here and the doctor was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Barrett Paulk. He spent a lot of time with me and offered some advice about my eye care that previous doctors never mentioned. The assistant who did the preliminary work up was outstanding, patient and thorough. I will be returning for my follow up visit in a few weeks.The one negative was the long wait in the waiting room. I arrived about 15 minutes early and waited well over an hour after my appointment time. They need a better way of keeping to their schedule. This is the reason for the four star review instead of five.
