    The patience showed by the assistant Rose was appreciated I was nervous after being referred by my eye Dr she explained every step she would do and told me whyDr Gringer put me at ease right away and throughout her exam she let me know what was happening entire staff was very pleasant

    I called on Friday and explained what issue I had with my eye. The person who answered was so nice, she transferred me to triage and they scheduled me for that Monday.On Monday 9.15.25 I was greeted with smiles from the ladies up front, they got me all checked in. Everyone that I spoke with was so nice. Got to see Dr. Cannon after last seeing him 3yrs ago. He explained everything to my mom and I and we were in our way. Thank you West Georgia Eye Institute for treating me so kind and accommodating me with my disability ( paraplegic) .
